Deburring Tumblers

Sideros Engineering offers a range of deburring tumblers, including the ROTOCLEAN EVO and ROTOCLEAN Mini. These machines are compact, safe, and efficient, and provide a quick and low-cost removal of slag, burr, calamine, and rust from oxy fuel, plasma, and laser-cut parts. They replace traditional, expensive, and dangerous manual grinding operations, and are equipped with safety enclosures to prevent hazardous contact with the machine. The ROTOCLEAN Mini is specifically designed for smaller load capacities, while the ROTOCLEAN EVO is suitable for superior finishing quality required for laser and plasma-cut pieces. Both machines use continuous rotation to clean parts, with the cleaning media being composed of cast iron pentagons or manganese alloy spheres depending on the required finishing degree.
