Year In Review: On Point Solutions Team Celebrates Another Year of Growth
People have always been one of our biggest assets at On Point Solutions, and 2023 was a true testament to that. The year was filled with announcements pertaining to our leadership and team growth, starting with the naming of new Managing Partners.
In January, On Point Solutions’ parent company, On Point Holdings Companies, was proud to announce the successful execution of its succession plan. On January 1, 2023, Jordan Peterson and Joshua Peterson purchased the remaining shares of the organization, becoming Managing Partners and 50/50 owners. Founder Brad Peterson remains in the role of CEO through 2025.
Shortly after, On Point Solutions was congratulating our new Director of Sales Nicholas Black. As our President and CEO Brad Peterson said, "Nick has proven his ability to lead and navigate the industry in good times as well as challenging times."
More congrats were issued to Ross Carey who was promoted to the position of Key Account Manager. As our CEO & President Brad Peterson commented at the time, "Ross’s personality, approach, and engineering background fits very well for this position and will give our key accounts a focused individual that can lead them to the right solutions to make them more profitable as well as deepen our relationships."
Shortly thereafter, our team welcomed Johnny Lanser. From Wisconsin, Johnny was named the new Territory Manager for our southern Wisconsin territory.
On February 1, our On Point Solutions team was excited to launch a new brand. The rebranding initiative included a new website, logo, and brand colors that align with our team’s organizational core values of excellence, integrity, responsiveness, and growth. As Managing Partner Jordan Peterson said, “We are very excited about the future and continued growth of On Point. This new modern brand is as innovative as our equipment partners and the metal fabricators we serve.”
In May, our team celebrated more growth with the addition of Territory Manager Tucker Wilson. Based out of Arkansas, Tucker brought more than 10 years of industry experience to the team.
A few months later, Kenny Craft joined the team as a Territory Manager. A University of Kentucky graduate, Kenny works with fabricators in On Point’s southeastern territory.
With a rich customer service background, Christian Senn was a natural addition to the On Point Solutions team in August. Christian serves as Territory Manager to our clients in Alabama.
In November, our team headed to FABTECH in Chicago, Illinois to connect with industry partners and fabricators from all over the United States. The event was a success and a prime opportunity to engage with the people that make our industry the strong and resilient powerhouse that it is.
2023 has been a year of growth and resilience for the On Point team. As we reflect on a successful 2023, we look to a future of promise for our team and industry.
