On Point Holdings Companies Highlight Succession Plan
SHEBOYGAN, WI - The On Point Holdings Companies is proud to announce the successful execution of its succession plan. Effective January 1, 2023, Jordan Peterson and Joshua Peterson have purchased the remaining shares of the organization, becoming Managing Partners and 50/50 owners.
The holding company, On Point Holdings, is the management organization for On Point Solutions, SteelPoint Machine Tool, OpEx Service, and Steel Mountain Marketing. Corporate responsibilities have been divided among the new Managing Partners based on their individual skill sets.
Brad Peterson will remain in the role of CEO through 2025 and stated, "My role as CEO is to prepare our next generation of ownership and team members to win in the era of capital equipment sales, marketing, and service."
This succession plan has been in the works for several years and has been structured to ensure a smooth transition of ownership while maintaining the high standards and values that have made On Point Holdings Companies a leader in their industry.
